The latest reports from several sources, including Sky Sports, confirm that Manchester United will be having one more top rated defender in the coming few days during the winter transfer window.
Manchester United are suffering from several issues this season, and the main issue is in the defense due to injuries and suspensions in the back line. In addition, the quality of players in the defense isn’t helping Manchester United to keep clean sheets.
However, the defensive line could receive some boost in the coming few days where Fulham’s manager, Claudio Ranieri, has confirmed according to Sky Sports that the Dutch international defender, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, will be returning to Manchester United.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah was on loan to several clubs, including Crystal Palace and Fulham in the Premier League, where he isn’t a regular starter in the London based Premier League team.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah could boost Manchester United’s defense as the 21 years old player could play in several positions including the center back, right back, and as a defensive midfielder.
