PLAYERS RATINGS: Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham

A draw in the North London Derby that was exciting for both sides and both teams failed to take advantage of each others’ weakness and weak performances where the match ended 1-1.

Arsenal were leading in the first half through Aaron Ramsey, and int he second half Tottenham Hotspurs equalized and scored through a penalty that was awarded after Shkodran Mustafi pushed Harry Kane in the penalty area,

In the last minutes of the match, Aubameyang won and missed the winning penalty after taking it in a very bad form and poorly shooting it. Moreover, Lucas Torreira was sent with a red card and will be missing the crucial match against Manchester United.

Brend Leno:  Another incredible performance, and double save.  Couldn’t keep a clean sheet, but he was from a penalty. 7.5/10

Shkodran Mustafi: Played okay in his new position, but awarded Kane a silly penalty. A lot of defensive mistakes. 5/10

Laurent Koscielny: One of his best performance, well done from today’s captain. 7.5/10

Sokratis: Amazing match against Harry Kane, and was a leader on the pitch as well. 7/10

Nacho Monreal: Was good today, and supported the attack. Created a dangerous chance on the 53rd minute for Lacazette. 7/10

Matteo Guendouzi: An average match. 6.5/10

Granit Xhaka: A very average if not a poor match, was losing the ball a lot. 5.5/10

Aaron Ramsey: Scored a crucial goal from Tottenham Hotspur’s defensive mistake. His last goal for Arsenal against the Spurs. 8/10

Henrikh Mkhitaryan:  One of his best matches, he did everything and was a key player. 7.5/10

Alex Iwobi: An average match, but had a shot on target and helped in going inside the penalty area. 6.5

Alexander Lacazette: An assist and a good match, was subbed as well as expected. But lost several chances especially at the beginning of the match, and n the 53rd minute. 7/10

Subs

Lucas Torreira: The best sub today, but wasn’t a game changer. However, received a red card in the last seconds of the match and he will be missing the match against Manchester United. 3/10

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Didn’t do much, but caused some troubles for Tottenham’s defense. Missed the winning penalty. A poor corner to shot in it. 3/10

Mesut Ozil: Shake performance, not as good as the match against Crystal Palace. 5/10

Man of the match: No specific player really impressed.

Unai Emery: He started with a weird selection, but the team couldn’t take advantage of the Spurs’ average performance today. 6/10
